can not log in to the Joomla administrator of my page

Post by ReverendGuen » Wed Dec 30, 2015 3:13 am

I can not get my webpage to load nor can I get the administrator part to load. I am running 1.5 still (yes I know it's outdated) and I am able to get into the cpanel of my host and it appears that everything is still there however, when I try to log in to the administrator portion of the site, or even load the site itself, all I get is a white page. Any ideas or help will be greatly appreciated.

the page is http://worldtreeministry.org

For blank page i would suggest turn on display_errors ALL for inspecting.

Thank you,

when I try to log in to the administrator portion of the site, or even load the site itself, all I get is a white page
The source code of the blank pages at the front end and the back end shows this message:

Code: Select all

<!-- SHTML Wrapper - 500 Server Error -->
If you do not have access to the PHP error log in the cPanel, provided by your host, you need to talk to the help desk or support team of your host.

Were any changes made recently to the configuration of the .htaccess file or the web server? Because of the outdated version the site may also have been hacked.
