Yepp, me 2.

Same problem, and yes this file was uppdated with 1.5.12 -> 1.5.13.
After reading the bug-report, going back to the 1.5.12 version doesn't, seem to
be that smart? Suggestions?

It works for me.
Joomla 1.5.13 and VM 1.1.3
Also i had problem with my CCnewsletter after migrating to Joomla 1.5.13 from 1.5.12
But it's ok now with new version of CCNewsletter = i think it's 1.0.4 now.
Thank you.

After downloading and uploading the attached file, I'm still getting the ".../administrator/components/com_media/views/media/tmpl/default.php on line 64" message when going to Media Manager. Any other ideas???

Hi

I made it zip because the forum doesn't allow to attach .php files (security reasons)

I'm so glad it has helped you my friends :)

Regards

from what I can see, it's around 90

Code:
$user =& JFactory::getUser();
      $this->assignRef('user', $user);

this has been added in the modified version available to download in this thread.

Thanks for the fix btw ;)

Great fix thanks.

Just a note for noobs like myself.Like tr1 said, if you want to do this manually by editing the file:
#Open#
administrator/components/com_media/views/media/view.html.php
#Find#
$this->assign('folders', $this->get('folderTree'));
#After Add#
$user =& JFactory::getUser();
$this->assignRef('user', $user);
