Is this fixed in 1.5.14 or do we still need to patch it up?

Hi

Thanks all dear friends.

This is fixed in 1.5.14, so by upgrading there's no more errors.

Regards

Hey,
I just made the upgrade 1.5.7 to 1.5.14 and I also got that "Fatal error: Call to a member function authorize() on a non-object..."

I downloaded and replaced the view.html.php file but I still get that error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function authorize() on a non-object in /home/******/domains/******/public_html/administrator/components/com_users/views/user/tmpl/form.php on line 143

I refreshed the page, I erased the temporary files, I tried it on another browser and even asked a friend of mine to check it out on his computer, but it's not working anyway.

So, what am I missing?

Thanks in advance!
JT

Hi, I didn't really try to trace down the actual problem, but I noticed that the path that your function-error points to is a different one from the one mentioned in the first post (where the error points to the media-folder). So maybe it's a different problem?
Hope someone who has a bit more insight in the joomla-core can help you out here ...

I'm getting the same error. It is when I open a user's details.
