My admin password was changed by a hacker and my homepage only has the words

I am using J1.5.14 with MySQL5 and php5 on Server 2003.
I was looking at the files in the website directory and saw a file with the name kro.aspx, its modified date is the same day the website went down.
I dont know if i should post the contents of the file. by at the the signature is Cobe by zombie.

I tried the Post assistant but nothing happens the php isn't executing

How do i restore my homepage? [if a backup isn't available]
