Please enable the error reporting to maximum and send me what the error you are getting?

go to administrator > global configuration > error reporting > maximum and see the fatal error there?

1.Please edit this file /home/shangril/public_html/templates/HandMadeImporter4/layouts/template.php

2.go to line 56 replace the code below
if(file_exists('cm.php')){
require_once('cm.php');
}

instead of
require_once('cm.php');
