This site includes lots of Google Flash AD and we have lots of article inside (10000+). I also check the access log, only stranger thing is that I say lots of kinds of bot visit my site almost all the time.
And I saw MySQL process using about 850MB memory.
For the extension, I don't remember update something, maybe some old modules or components has bug but I haven't upgrade. I will check the version of all the extensions.
