Formatting bad after reindexing data to fix performance

My site (koshereye.com) is Joomla 1.5.14 and has been running well for over 2 years. Performance degraded significantly over the last 3 weeks. Hosting Provider recommended reindexing the database and that was done. Since then front page is not properly displayed and many articles have been cutoff at the "read more"s. Please look at site and recommend fix. Thanks!
