Hi,

First of all, I'd like to apologize for my English, I hope you understand me.

During the last few weeks I'm having a really strange issue with my site. I had one distribution in the menu (let's say it's the distribution 1) and I added some new buttons.

All worked well, but sometimes the menu returns to the old position. In the joomla backend I see the new menu positions, but in the frontend appear the old ones.

Without doing nothing, the menu after some hours (sometimes it's minutes, other times it's hours...) returns to the new position.

I cleaned the cache of the jos_menus table but the issue is still there.

It's not a problem of my browser, because when it happens I tried with other computers but it's the same.

Thanks in advance,

Pau

Hello,

Have you tried to browse with cpanel or FTP to the Joomla! cache directory and manually deleting all the files? I've found recently more and more 3rd party overrides and others will place things in there that the site isn't dumping from the Joomla! ACP.

Regards,
Doc

Now I've tried to delete the cache directory via FTP, it seems the issue doesn't happen but as it's random maybe tomorrow will happen again, let's hope it's solved.

Thanks for your answer ;)
