one of my sites was upgraded into 1.5.15 then admin panel was so slow. are there any other having this problem or should I change chmode of files

This is interesting because I have two sites that I upgraded to 1.5.15. JC Disciples has experienced a significant slowdown. But Topeka Trinity Lutheran Church is not experiencing the same level of slowdown.

I have followed the suggestions that are found at Joomla Performance site which hasn't changed the load times. I also ran a Web site Optimization check. which really didn't help me all that much.

Suggestions?
