adding more articles on the front page

Hi every one,

my front page shows only 5 articles i want add more or change to 15 articles in the first page, and the second page 15 articles,

I wouldn't call this a performance issue ... but it can easily be fixed.


If you have 15+ articles that are "Display on Front Page"

then go to
- Menus -
- Main Menu - (Or whatever you've named the top level Menu you use)
- Home - Or whatever you have named your homepage

--- On the right hand side you should see: Parameters (Basic)
Leading = The top article(s)
Intro = How many you want displayed after the lead (you should set this to 15)
Columns = How many columns the articles are displayed
Links = Links that show up underneath the last article(s)


This should do it. Hope that helps. The same can be done for other menus/sections/categories. Make sure you have the "Home" page set to a Blog Layout - otherwise you can only link to 1 article.

This was not the performance related issue . It is related to administration. Kindly post your queries in the advised section
