My site is so slow

I don't understand why my website is slow a lot of the time. Sometimes it seems to be really fast with no problems, however a lot of the time pages load quite slowly, especially on the forum. I'm with host Gator, they have got good reviews so I don't think hosting is a problem. Please have a look and give me your opinion
