my host says that my joomla site is causing server CPU overload on the shared server
- this has NEVER happened to me before. I have been using Joomla for yrs.
What i have done to "try" to fix issue isI regret to inform you but unfortunately the CPU usage is still too high, please take a look at this statistics:

- update joomla itself to latest version
- update all plugins, mods ect
- remove all plugins, ect i do not use
- remove any code that is not used from my mySQL
- improved my robot.txt (shown below) cause it seems bots are a major issue
