My articles won't show anymore. Help! (newbie)

So I tried to change an image at the top of my website (because my store moved <-still don't know how to edit this...) and ended up making it so that none of my articles appear on my website anymore. =( I have no idea what I am doing or how to fix. If anyone can help, I will need a STEP-BY-STEP. Thanks.

What type of Menu item is your Default Menu item?

There is an iframe with an invalid url. If it's a Wrapper type of Menu Item, change the url in it.
