I had been running FaLang with 2.5.4 just fine. When I upgraded to Joomla 2.5.6 today, the languages don't work on front end - we are using English as default and Spanish and French as additional languages. I have 2 tests sites running and noticed the newest one wasn't working but the older one was. So I backed up the site running 2.5.4 and then upgraded it and voila- the languages don't work anymore. The url has the correct language showing but the page (except for the breadcrumb) shows all in English. Is there a fix for this or do I have to keep running 2.5.4?

I am answering myself in case this comes up with anyone else - there is a new Falang package that seems to make it work again. All is good.

What is the version of this package?

I just installed an new site yestersday with Joomla 2.5.6 and Falang 1.1.6. I have four languages (Danish as default, English, German and Polish) but only Danish and English is available in Falang :-(

Falang is just a language manager. You download and install the languages from here: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/languages/translations-for-joomla
