First of all i want to say how bad the documentation is and i wasnt sure what to download.

However after installing the beta 2.0.6 and the plugin for users i still couldnt get grips with the thing as i didnt know what to do.

So i decided to uninstall, in the process of uninstalling the component uninstalled fine however the plugin dosent.

I was working on two windows, one already has my admin session active and the other dosent, so i decided to login with another admin account and it dosent let me. So i decided to try my own admin login and it still dosent allow me.

I am now stuck outside of my joomla because of noix ACL, is there any way somebody can help me fix this issue? My website is pretty large so im not reinstalling joomla fresh.
