I have found this Component KoeSubmit for mambo

and changed a couple of things so that it would install into Joomla

It is a component that can be used for submitting webpages to search engines.

Thanks. But when I installed, it doesn't show up in the admin anywhere. Any ideas?

it does not need admin
you just add it to the menu as component after its installed
