Module and CSS Problem

Hi guys, I am having a problem with module display on my testing site. Here is the link

The module shows on the middle top is called user6, it looks transparaent now, how can I attach the module parapmeter to this module? The default module parameter are -blue -orange and -nobox(come with template, examples show on the left menu), but after I tried all these module parameters, user6 doesn't show any background or module box at all. Can anyone tell me what's going on with this?
