Hi all,

I want to create a custom joomla template for my company's website. I am not a joomla developer, I am a smart card engineer. I have some knowledge in joomla 1.5X. I want to know that should I go for 1.5X joomla template or should go for its above versions and also here is the website : http://www.kwickhightech.com.pk/
kindly can you guide me how can I convert this website into joomla ?
Any help will be highly appreciated.
