sorry for daft question, i cant see where to edit the header text eg

Here it goes

Extensions -> Selection the JA Purity Template -> Edit

On teh right side you have the parameters settings there are the field called "Logo Tyle" -> Set to "Text"

Then change the fields called "Logo Text" and "Slogan" to what everyou want

Finally hit "Save"

And there you problem solves
