Installation Problem

Hi Guys,
I have just done my first Joomla installation at http://www.lakehuitesmexico.com/index.php on an Ensim virtual hosting server, everything seems to be working fine, System Info shows:

The only problem I have is I have downloaded a template from http://joomlabear.com/Joomla-Templates/ ... a-1.5.html and I cannot get it to show in the Template Manager.
I have uploaded all files to /var/www/html/templates/Transparent_Bliss_1.5 including the .zip archive but no matter what I do it will not install.
Using "Install from Directory" I get:
Installation file not found:
/home/virtual/site114/fst/var/www/html/templates/Transparent_Bliss_1.5/
Using "Upload Package File" I get :
ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

Upload template - Failed
Installation file not found:
/home/virtual/site114/fst/var/www/html/media/install_47e46ad9538b2/
[ Continue ...

As far as I can tell all permissions are correct, I get all green"writeable" in Sys Info for permissions.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
