How to replace joomla banner with own..

Hello! i just downloadet joomla. And now I try to replace the banner after reading in joomla help. But i can't find out how it works...

I readed this: http://docs.joomla.org/Tutorial:How_to_ ... omla!_logo.
But i don't know how to do it after all :-[

Please help me with this, joomla look like a realy good program.
And sorry about my bad english axent, Norwegian here ;)
