trouble with display top menu

I'm using this template :

at my site.
I succesfuly design right menu, but i don't know what should i do with top menu.
I've created top menu in joomla and i don't know why it isn't displayed on site. On the thumbnail is clearly visible top menu and its background. If you want you can see what happened on my site:

Please help me and tell what should i do. Maybe in css file there is something wrong?
