HOW DO I CHANGE BROWSER TAB TITLE?

I am beating my brain up trying to figure out how to make the tabs on your browser say the name of the my website. No matter what template i use if i got to my website main page ore any page in the wite. the damn thing still says "Welcome to the Front Page" then my domain name. I Dont want it to say "welcome to the front page" i want it to say something else. Please somebody help

How do you change it?
Rather than writing in the forum in CAPS, why not search the forum first and perhaps you will learn.....
