Extended Menu and some wishes (mouseover, slide, submenu ope

Hello!

I´m using Extended Menu and have some questions:
I have the problem, that my menu should do the following things on that page:

The smaller menu should be vertical. There are submenu items. They should be only displayed when mouseover. Or they should be displayed when active. So, when a user clicks on the main menu text (parent item), the submenu item should be displayed at the right and the main menu text should be displayed in the main-text-area. The submenu should not be closed when clicked.

There is a wish, which is not a top-wish: The submenu should be slide to the right. But if it´s only be displayed at the right without sliding, it´s ok.

Is this possible to do?
So:
Open submenu only when mouseover or when the submenu or the parent is active
If possible, submenu should slide to the right.

The main items are: "Aktuelle Steuertipps", "Karriere", "Haftung" and "Impressum". The submenu item is "Ausbildung/Stellenangebote".

If this works, i have to change the main menu behaviour, too. At this moment, this is a ARI Ext Menu. But - when the smaller menu is ok, the bigger one should be changed to extmenu
The main menu should do the same.
