I have created a custom template.
It is listed as a template in the Template Manager and shows when I preview the template. (Template/Edit/Preview)
However, it does not show when I close out of Template Manager and preview the entire site.
I do have my custom template set as the default in the Template Manager.
It worked fine earlier and then I must have moved/done something for it to be dropped.
Now regardless of which template I chose as the default (my custom, Beez or ja_purity) only the rhuk_milkyway template shows

I tried restoring Joomla directories (local test server and local root directory) from when all was working fine but no success.

Working on MAC with Dreamweaver CS4 and MAMP local server.

Are there some files somewhere else I should be looking for to restore?
