Does anyone know how I could create a "top" image for specific modules so I could decorate individual modules? I'd like to make a few of them stand out. I will attach a photo I saw of this so you all will see what I mean. I've been experimenting but I am by no means an expert yet and haven't found out how to make this work.

You need to modify your CSS for moduletable

You will have to use module class suffix for this.

i.e.

div.moduletable-mystyle
{code here}

Thanks webify! I'm going to try and fumble with this. Even if I mess u[ a few times I'm sure I'll learn something along the way.

I've been messing around with it but, I still haven't gotten the module image to show correctly. Can some one give me a little more detail? I'm ok with Joomla but I haven't done a lot of customization to it before.
