Need help with "asturias" template

Hello,

I'm completely new to Joomla and have very little clue about HTML and CSS.

I am trying to configure the "Asturias" free template, but need some help with creating link on the arrows that are on the slide show (pagination).

I'm trying to write the address of the link under "herf" but it will not open the page.

I need help to change the code, that when we click the options under "sub menus" will display on the main page without the slide show.

I hope someone can help me quickly.
