@doom1, would you put that in the wiki? That's excellent.

http://docs.joomla.org/Creating_right_to_left_templates

I made a starter page for you.

It seems that doom1 might not be the author of that article, as indicated by his source link to this site: http://www.youjoomla.com/joomla_support ... uages.html
We could perhaps contact the author for permissions to include this excellent set of instructions in the Joomla wiki, for the benefit of all.

If it is an issue to post the article to the wiki, is it not an issue to post it to the forum? I am not sure I follow why permission would need to be asked for one and not the other?

Edit: I would suggest that if permission to use the article was not already given, or if reprinting the article in the forum is contrary to the terms of use from the site it originates from, then the post should be removed from the forum unfortunately.

Perhaps someone can write a new article on rtl templates and how to create then or edit existing ltr templates to be rtl.

Hi - I am the author of this article, and wrote it for posting in the youjoomla.com support forum. If it of interest to you, I can post it in the Joomla! forums and in the wiki; however, I would request that any previous posts of the article be removed. Permission to publish it was not sought before it was published, and it is copyrighted by me. Again, I am more than happy to share this with the Joomla! community, providing it is done in the proper manner.

It was an honest mistake doom1. :) If you could please edit your post and remove the tutorial text and just for now link to the proper article on the original site that would be great.

Thanks BoardBoss for sharing your tutorial with everyone. It would be great if you could place your tutorial on the wiki page that Elin linked to here: http://docs.joomla.org/Creating_right_to_left_templates
