Premature end of script headers index.php

Hello,
Im having Premature end of script headers index.php on error log reports that causes 500 internal server error, only on a specific template.
I cant vote on poll, also when i add components(Like ccBoard, or BlastChat or even a contact form) on main menu on frontpage, i can't access them, beacues im getting 500 internal server error.
Please help :D
