Header Background Space with problem with rhuk_milkyway

Please help,

I'm a newbie. I changed my logo in rhuk_milkyway.

Now there a little space at the bottom that is formatted. How do I get rid of it or change it to white?

Sorry, let me clarify.

If you look at the bottom of the header, underneath the pictures, there is a white and grey area.

How do I change that to all white? Do I remove formatting?
