Customize Joomla Wrapper

Hi there. I cant believe that there isnt a extention for this..but I have been looking for awhile and cant find one that will allow me to customize what appears in a wrapper. It appears as if all joomla wrappers will show the upper far left corner and you can only customize how far the page goes down. Is there a way where I can pass in exactly how much of the page I want visible? I would like to cut off the upper part of the page Im wrapping in addition to some of the bottom. I would also like to customize a wrapper with different coordinates for different pages on my website.
