I cannot change my site's template. I can select any template that I installed but it does not change anything on my site.. It'll be marked with "star" as default but nothing happened.. I'm using joomla 1.5 .. there's no error occuring though, just it's not displaying the template I applied as default..

hello, I manage to change my template but I took 12hours for it to effect. It is just normal?.. I tried again to change my template, It did not change anything, will I wait again for another 12hours to see the effect?..
