Edit contact template and form template

I would like to edit my contact form
I have edited the CSS, but as there are many tables and <br> line breaks, there is a limit to what I can do with the CSS - I WOULD LIKE TO EDIT THE PHP template.

Anyone know how I can find this?

contact form template - templates/(template name)/html/com_contact/contact/defaultform.php

address fields - components/com_contact/views/contact/tmpl/default_address.php
