my Admin panel in backend is gone - HELP

How can I get the Admin panel back?
For some reason it is not showing anymore and it's limiting my abilities to work on the website.
I am a beginner and I need help!

On 1.5, there are generally 3 reasons for this to happen:

- Your website was hacked
- You have installed a plugin that is not compatible with the version of PHP that you have
- Your sysadmin has updated PHP/MySQL

I think I might have deleted it somehow - I tried to clean up all the "unnecessary" example files and data and must accidentally deleted it...
But How do I fix it?

Upload a new "administrator" folder from a good backup or a full file set of the version of Joomla you are using.
You can find the full file sets if you are logged in here;

The old file sets are not visible if you do not log in.
