This is my first post and I have searched before asking this question.

I have purchased a template called ict_businesscompany that has a flash header. I have downloaded some alternative photoslide modules and installed them but it will not override the default flash header in the template. I either see the default slideshow or nothing. Any help would be appreciated as I'm completely new to this. :(

In Module Management, look for a module in the position FLASH-Header. You can probably change the pictures in the parameters for that module.
If you want to use another photoslide module, you have to unpublish the original flash module and activate the new one in the position Flash-header.

My suggestion, First you have to look at your temples and temple xml files .. Look for module name.. for Flash Header, then in Joomla Administrator Panel -> Modules -> Flash Banner , try to change to modules which is right for Flash Header.
