Is the Who's Online module accurate, or does it default to a random number or something? It's telling me I have roughly 190 Guests, even when I take the site offline! I'd like it to provide an accurate count.

It's based on active sessions - which are still active until they expire (even if the site is offline) or until a user logs out.
