com_iproperty image upload error

Hello fellow joomla users

I have iproperty version 1.5.5. I am trying to upload images in the property gallery but it keeps giving me a message like this:

"Upload Results:
-The file must be gif, jpg, jpeg, png, doc, pdf, zip, swf, xls, ppt, odp, odt, ods, avi, mov or mpg!"

Would you please point me at least in the right directions on how to solve this. I have been pulling my hair all week trying to figure out what the problem could be. Please

Did you ever find the solution to this? Our installation had been working fine for a long while and now all of a sudden we are having this same issue and the images that are uploaded are the correct file types.
