Custom Bridge Script

I am interested in a building a bridge between Joomla with Community Builder and a torrent tracker script TorrentTrader-v2.05 to be able to host all legal torrents (free and for promotional use only.) I would like to build a bridge script but don't really know where to start, help would be greatly appreciated, also i am also looking for Joomla coders to assist me with a bigger project for a pretty penny... interested hit me on yahoo messenger: [email protected]
