HELP!! Invalid Argument Error

Please help a Noob out!!!!!!!When not logged in, and going to my frontpage on Joomla, I get this message. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this, I have never been so lost in my life.

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/memphis5/public_html/joomla/components/com_content/helpers/route.php on line 117

I saw similar posts on this issue, either that were unanswered or were not exactly like my situation.

I have downloaded Fireboard Forum and Community Builder.

Could someone give me some insight in dumbed down speech (like I said I'm new)on how to fix this annoying error

Did you figure this out, i'm having the same issue on my site. I upgraded from 1.5.6 to 1.5.7
