Problem with upgrade from Simple Image Gallery to Pro

I was using Simple Image Gallery and recently upgrade to Simple Image Gallery Pro. With the exact same settings, I'm suddenly running into a styling problem: paragraphs that follow the image gallery don't clear onto a new line.

Here it is before upgrading:

This is it afterward. It uses the exact same settings, and in the source code, all of the image gallery code is within its own paragraph tags:

Has anyone else experienced this? Or does anyone know how to solve it? Since the <p> tags are present, I'm not sure what else I can change.
