HOMEPAGE mailed to users

Can anybody tell me about a extension that can mail ( as news letter ) the home page ( or other pages ) of the site in a form of HTML . I also need the users to be able to click on some menu-buttons on that page...

I'm not sure you will not be able to do this cause joomla pages are mainly php based.
You could always just take a screenshot of the page and use Jnews as a newsletter component
