Allvideos Reloaded and Real Media

Hi,
I am using AVR (last release) with joomla 1.5.8
It works fine with .flv, with [youtube]...
But with .rm and .ram (local or remote), I only get the sound of the movie and the screen dispays a grey square with a few buttons on it. (see screen capture in this post).
Is there anything I could do to get a proper display of Real Media ? Do I misshandle something ?
