Videos, Pictures and other files to be uploaded by the users

I have 3 issues regarding my site:

1. I am looking out for an extensions(joomla 1.5) by which I can enable the registered visitors on my site to upload pictures, videos and other types of files from their PC. And that these media files can be rated and commented by other users on my site. In short I am trying to make my site more interactive.

2. I want my users to receive an ebook automatically once they register and click on the verification code in their email.

3. I want to enable a simple bookmark module(ctrl+d) on my site.

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
