Do you have a URL so I can have a look at it? Or can you explain what's wrong? Do you see your page in IE6, IE7 or IE8?

Use a template that was designed properly to work with all browsers.

Failing that, fix your template.

I'm guessing your problem has more to do with improperly configured SEF settings than with your template. Yoo theme templates typically work the same in both IE and FF. Your home page looks teh same to me in both FF and IE, but I'm unable to navigate to any links off of the main page. I suspect it's due to improperly configured SEF settings based on the shape of the URLs I'm seeing. I would turn off all SEF/SEO functions and see if your pages behave as you expect. Once you've got your site the way you want it, then you can try to enable SEF again. You need to know how your server is configured and how to use mod_rewrite and .htaccess within your particular server environment to get SEF working on your site.
