deleted joomla core mod_login make website show nothing

yesterday I deleted joomla core mod_login module , this action make my website show nothing (Blank), when I tried to reinstall it, the same problem .. tried to remove every relative with this module from template/html/modules and from database , and reinstall it as the same way in this article :

but I don't install the back end module cuz am afraid may be corrupt my back end administration site .. so any one can tell me how to re-install this module correctly and is there a method to check everything installed on my site ...
