JS Jobs vs. ADSMANAGER (and jobsplazza)

Has anyone on the forum used either of these and can tell me which one is any good. Or if there are any better components out there? I have seen Jobsplazza template and it looks quite good. I want to se the functionality it has but for a different use. I would therefore need to edit all the text and information etc. Is this possible does anyone know?
