Hello,

I am new to joomla and I am currently attempting to install a module. I originally got the following errors......

ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

and

Installation file not found:
/var/www/media/install_4a4378ee8eca3/mod_j15mainmenuimages/

but upon discovering a solution on this forum i changed the "install" tags in the .xml file to "mosinstall".
The original errors disappeared but now I'm getting the following error....

Failed to copy file: /var/www/media/install_4a437f260f6e2/tmpl to /var/www/modules/tmpl

probably a permission issue but i dont know what to do.
