Medi QnA Installation

I downloaded Medi QnA but it does not install as a package in the 1.5.11 installer. How can I get this installed? I'd like to try it .

I went to the support webpage and there is no installation guidance.

I sent an e-mail to the address of the developer in the extensions section of the Joomla site, but it bounced as undeliverable.

Perhaps this extension is no longer supported?
