Mad 4 Joomla forms - Help Text Bubbles

Hello
I have set up a from and am finding that although I have entered text into the "help section" and the help bubbles show in the form, they don't actually work
What can I look at to sort this please

The balloon tip is not showing or is not showing right.
The ballon tip is a 3rd party script and has not been coded by us.
In the upcomming new releases we will fiix this bug or we will write an absolutely new script.
Implode Bugfix at version 1.1.9:

components/com_mad4joomla/mad4joomla.php
Goto line 344 und and replace:
$value = stripslashes(mosGetParam($_REQUEST, 'm4j-'.$element->eid, NULL));
in to
$value = mosGetParam($_REQUEST, 'm4j-'.$element->eid, NULL);
I also can not solve this problem. The balloon tip is showing but is not showing right. Can see -

Actually I have noticed today that the balloons do work but they seem to be off the right hand side of the page and further down from the question - Can these be alligned at all?
My template widthe is set at around 900 pixels and I'd like to keep this width if possible thanks

Also I have spent a little time playing with - js>baloontip>cs files and the speech ballon now seems to locate at the top of the form
see it working (Or not ) at

I would rather have the balloon show nearer to the actual question but dont have the skills to do this

This issue occures because the bubble tooltip is a 3rd party script at mad4joomla mailforms.
We have re-coded a very own bubble tooltip script for the follow up mooj proforms.
In Proforms this issue doesn't appear
