Users notified when article is posted

Hi
Is the an extension that will allow users on the site to subscribe to articles when posted. Additonal functionality@

1. Be given a list of items they can subscribe/unsubscribe to
2. As admin - force users to be subsribed to certain forums
3. Email sent to users when article added with link back to web site.
